Derek\u00a0lives in the US and is only over here on a short visit &#8211; so that&#8217;s\u00a0why\u00a0we have had to move our meeting date (apologies to those who can\u2019t make it). With help of our\u00a0Society, Derek has been\u00a0carrying\u00a0out\u00a0research on Wigan&#8217;s\u00a0famous Pier.
